Programme details to be released in due course!

The Johannesburg Philharmonic Orchestra is delighted to announce the line-up of artists for our Early Spring Season running from 7th to 28th August at the Linder Auditorium.

The Early Spring Season 2025 presents a superb line-up of international conductors and soloists, featuring familiar faces and exciting debut performers. In celebration of Women’s Month, the programme includes Taiwanese-American conductor, Mei-Ann-Chen, who has been described as highly communicative, and is also the first woman to win the Malko Competition for young conductors in Copenhagen (in 2005).

We are delighted to welcome back world-class conductors such as Arjan Tien and Daniel Boico. Soloists will include South African trumpeter, Dingaan Chabalala; pianists Judith Jauregui and Keigo Mukawa; and violinist, Suzanne Hou.
