The Johannesburg Philharmonic Orchestra is committed to excellence in all our activities. It was a great honour to receive another award from the Department of Education – for our commitment to Johannesburg schools and communities.

The Johannesburg Philharmonic is enthusiastic about increasing exposure and access to music. We see the value of music and music education in nurturing creative, critical thinkers and forging a better society for everyone.

We will continue to bring music to the children and teach them about the world of the Orchestra.
