The Johannesburg Philharmonic Orchestra is delighted to inform you of the Winter Season of our esteemed World Symphony Series (WSS), which will take place at the Linder Auditorium from 5th to 26th June, 2025, at 19:30 each Thursday evening.

The Winter Season 2025 showcases debut performances and the return of familiar faces. We are delighted to welcome back world-class conductors, including Koji Kawamoto, Conrad van Alphen, and Daniel Boico.

The Winter Season soloists include pianists Aleksandra Świgut and Andrey Gugnin, violinist Andrey Baranov, as well as the final concert featuring Khanyisile Mthetwa (flute), and Gaylen Sales (harp). Programmes will include all-time favourites and magnificent works by Beethoven, Debussy, Grieg, Lalo, Mozart, Rachmaninov, Tchaikovsky and more.
